    3G Air. What a great group of people. Family owned business. Called them on Tuesday evening, they came out Wednesday and replaced my full system on Thursday. They took their time to make sure everything was removed and the new equipment installed. They went above and beyond by replacing the landing for the unit in the closet, made sure there was a pad for the outside unit, replaced the electrical box outside and made sure the lines were routed better. Cleaned up after the job and hauled off the old equipment. The whole crew arrived at 8:30 and had the system replace by noon. I would and will recommend them for your AC/Heating needs.

    My AC and Heater went out at the same time. I had no idea who to call. My daughter sent me the phone number of the company she had excellent service from.     We contacted 3G for help on diagnoses after 2 other companies failed to find the issue. Jake from 3G found our issue and fixed some other things while he was here.     Jerry and his sons provided over-the-top service when my AC broke down a few weeks ago. Jerry answered my call right away, came over to assess the problem the same day and gave me a great price on a better AC than I had before. He worked with me to find one that met my needs and its quieter and more efficient. The boys were respectful, helpful, and cleaned up perfectly.     When our AC stopped cooling at 8:00pm on a Saturday night during a record-breaking August heatwave, we were in a tough spot. After leaving messages and not getting return calls from other companies, we reached out to 3G based on positive reviews in our neighborhood group. Jake answered my call on a Sunday morning and was at our house right on time shortly after the call. He was thorough in diagnosing and repairing the problem. No big after hours up charge. He also gave us a great deal on a yearly maintenance plan. The peace of mind I had in knowing 3G would come out on a Sunday morning made it a no brainer. They won our business with great service and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

    I initially paid someone else to replace my thermostat because I thought that’s why my AC wasn’t turning off but it wasn’t so I contacted this company and they sent Jake. He was very friendly and explained to me what he thought was the problem. Sure enough within half an hour, he had fixed it. On top of that, he ended up putting back my thermostat. I was so pleased with his work. I’m one happy customer and he will be my “go to” guy in the future.

    3G did an absolutely amazing job fixing our ac this summer! Going above and beyond to find us a result other than having to replace the Whole AC unit when it suddenly stopped working .     Jake and crew did an excellent job. I had a leaky system for a couple of years that others didnt fully fix. 3G fixed that problem and a took care of another problem that showed up. They were friendly, took care to cover the carpet on the stairs and the area where they worked. The price was right too. I highly recommend.

    We had our whole system replaced, air and heat. The platform the heater set on was completely replaced before any work started. The men doing the work were professional, kind, courteous and did an excellent job! Not only is everything new and looks so good; they cleaned everything up and left the area cleaner than it was when they started. Our air and heat are working so much better now. We appreciate the service Jerry and Jake gave us. They are our bi-yearly maintenance men also; doing preventive servicing so that our equipment stays in excellent working order!     I am so happy with the work 3G did on replacing my whole unit and furnace. They quoted me a lot lower than the other 3 quotes I had gotten, scheduled me to fix it the next day, and did great work! Having AC go out in a Texas summer can be frustrating but they made my experience easy and stress free. I highly recommend using them!

    My AC wasn’t keeping our house cool. In the evening the temperature in the house got up to about 80. After changing the filter, cleaning the unit and lots of procrastination, I finally called 3G around noon. Jake showed up that same afternoon to diagnose the problem. He was very kind and professional. He kept me informed through the whole process. And much to my surprise he made a follow up call a few days later to make sure the AC was still cooling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Morning as good afternoon to whom reads my review. For 2 weeks, Ive been without AC as my family staying in a hotel as I stay at home with my dogs. Ive called a handful of AC services, as in response their backed up for its summer time and very busy as I understand too. Im the lead technician at Meineke Car Care and Automotive AC jobs are coming in very quickly. Its been hard on me living like that, but I put my family first in their comfort. They say people cross paths for many reasons. In my path, I meet Jake Wooten at the part store next to my shop. I can tell he been working for the sweat stains on his shirt and the look of tiredness in his face. Fixing to be 5p.m., end of the day. I was in need of getting my AC fixed and being under the same roof with my family again. I approached Mr. Jake and asked if I could have a moment of his time. I assumed cause of the time and the tiredness look, he would tell me to call for a appointment! I was wrong! He put me as #1 priority as I do with my customers... A 1 1/2hr later, my AC was working as if nothing happened... Im sorry to go on! But to have that high of customer service!!! 3G Air is beyond that!!!     HVAC tech arrived exactly to the time specified. Did a thorough end to end review of my two HVAC systems. Made/verified fix of minor duct leakage. Verified unit was cooling to spec.     Our AC stopped blowing cold air last night, I reached out to family and friends and was told to contact 3G Air, I contacted them this morning and explained what was going on. I also called some other companies and was told I couldn’t be seen for 3-4 days, understandable in this Texas heat. But I have a 4 month old baby and it would be unbearable to let him stay in a home, plus with Covid and working from home it is even more of a necessity. I spoke with Jake and he said he could be at our house by 10:10. 10:10 come and so does Jake, he assess the problem and get to work immediately. He fixed the capacitor and also checked on the system inside the home and gauged each vent to ensure it was blowing cold air. My family is gracious for the promptness and professionalism of this company. We asked about a maintenance contract to make sure our unit is running to its peak performance. They have earned some customers for life.

    Thunderstorm knocked power out yesterday (Sat) and the power company couldn’t get it to come on and stay on. It was on off on off all day. It knocked the AC out. I called 3G to come out because they had fixed my HVAC previously, knowing it might be tough to get them here on a weekend. The tech came out right away, was friendly, got it fixed and I didn’t have to go through the long weekend without air. The cost was reasonable also. I’d definitely recommend them.

    Theres nothing worse than the A/C going out in the middle of a Texas summer. Instead of panicking, I called 3G Air Heating and Cooling Specialists. Jerry was very polite, very professional, and sent a technician out the same day.     I didnt get the dad name, but he was so passionate about fixing the air conditioner on a hot Saturday for me. He felt so bad that he couldnt do anything to fix it after spending 3 hours working on it and it ended up needing a motor and he said it will be Monday to get it. When he was leaving I saw the sympathy in his eyes for me having to be without air conditioner in a hot summer. He kept apologizing to me. His son Jay came on Monday and fixed it and he was very sencered and was very happy to fix the air conditioner for me. These are the people that you want to come to your home to fix your air conditioner. They truly cares about us the people and they are concerned.     During the recent bout of Texas weather our heat pump broke. We called 3G air and they had a service person at my home to diagnose and begin the process of repairing the damaged part. They also are taking the lead on working with the manufacturer to get the broken part covered under the manufacturers warranty. They also fixed a wiring issue in my heat pump, and emergency heat system. The contractor for the home builder that installed my Heat Pump had improperly wired my emergency heat system. 3G quickly diagnosed and fixed that as well.
