The installation required an electrican and roofer of which the team cordinated as part of the install. We are very happy with the work and highly recommend this team!

I recently purchased a house and had the lines inspected. The inspector recommended I have the cleaned out due to a clog. I called 1 800 plumber to come clean the lines. As it turns out there wasn’t any repair needed. The lines cleaned themselves out. Chris could not have been nicer or more informative. He took the time to explain to me how my piping worked and best steps. I could not recommend this company enough! I will be referring my friends and family to call Chris! Thank you for doing what is right by the customer. He did not charge me for the service call as there wasn’t any repair needed. Great service and people. Thanks again!

These guys were great! Excellent communication in the booking and scheduling process. We needed two visits because of a pipe problem under the house (needed to replace some) and Trey was our plumber both times. Walked us through every step, very kind, and very good and efficient. Even our dog likes him, which is saying a lot! Good people, good plumbers, good company. We’re saving up for some more pipes which will need to be replaced before too long, and we’ll definitely use this company and Trey again.

I am a huge fan of 1-800-Plumber +Air. I discovered a leak from my upstairs bathroom that was leaking into my downstairs laundry room. I tried finding the source of the leak for months (after first being told that it was the tub drain…which I knew it wasn’t). I called and spoke to Chanel, who is always very nice, and she scheduled me. On the day of the service Will arrived and I showed him my problem. He assessed it and within minutes he knew what my issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. He explained that the caulking around the shower faucet had gone bad and needed to be reapplied. The old caulking allowed water to leak between the fixture and the tile into the wall. Will then said, “…this is so small and easy to fix that I’m not even going to charge you…”. I said WHAT??!! He did it for FREE. NO CHARGE! He did the repair in under an hour, showed me that it was good to go and even gave me a 30-day warranty on the FREE repair. My biggest takeaway from this was, I’m no plumber. I don’t know anything about a plumbers craft. Will couldve come into my home and told me anything and charged me hundreds or thousands of dollars and I wouldn’t have been able to dispute it. But instead, he was HONEST and that’s the most admirable thing about this company. They’ve always been honest with me and given me their BEST service and their BEST rate. I highly recommend them…and trust me, that’s saying A LOT coming from me.
