Ive worked with Southern Comfort Mechanical of Frisco on more than one occasion now, and they are always very thorough and professional when it comes to furnace services. They never leave any details unattended and have a great eye for detail. Recently, I used their services to do some furnace repair work in my house. The technician who came to help us was so friendly and had such a pleasant demeanor that it made the whole process go much easier.

Luis is one of the best technicians I have ever had work on our AC system. Luis and Nick cleaned our system and they did a fantastic job. They worked very hard to get our system clean and where very detailed on the cleaning. Luis gave me many great tips on my AC system and spends the time to make sure everything is done correct. Luis and Nick are the best in the industry. If you need the job done correct just ask for Luis.

The technicians even followed up with me immediately to answer a question I had days after the AC installation visit!

Easy to schedule with. They called in advance to confirm. Then re-confirmed in route. I received a picture and full profile of the tech coming to my house. Had received a quote from another company to replace my motor on the furnace. Actually had nothing to do with that. The Southern Comfort Tech found where mice were chewing on wiring at the outside unit. Much less expensive and fixed instantly. Lastly the tech built a mesh screen around the opening to block the mice from coming back and doing this again. Very happy we found the solution versus changing unnecessary parts. 2 thumbs up!

While checking the unit he found wires that were installed incorrectly and fixed them for me! He also found another issue that was improperly installed and explained how it needed to be updated. We have been with Allied American - now Southern Comfort Mechanical for years! They have serviced our ACs and maintained them regularly. We are always happy with the team, their service and upfront pricing on repairs and maintenance. They are honest and very clear and work with us if we want to stick to a budget. Wes Mays has helped us out on multiple AC and Appliance problems. Their technician Marilyn Garcia also did an excellent job in doing our Spring service. if you need a new HVAC service team definitely give them a call!
