    I brought in a very old, beloved edger and asked for it to be made like new. Besides being welcoming, they did an awesome job at a fair price. I cant say enough good things about their service. I could go to a shop much closer to my house, but I will never go anywhere else should another need arise. Thank you to the entire staff for exemplifying perfect service!

    I went in to buy this self propelled Toro and there was my next door neighbor! He was buying one too. What are the odds? They gassed it up, added the oil and started it up to make sure it was ready to go. Great service! Web site for Home depo showed none available but no matter. Id much rather deal one on one with the pros at Garland Saw and Lawnmower as would my neighbor.

    Just had my Dixie Chopper serviced to rebuild the carbureter, replace fuel pump, and overall maintenance with pick up and delivery. I couldnt have asked for better people to take care of my machine. Matt was excellent and went above and beyond. Five stars all the way!

    James and Matt were awesome! I had taken my old Honda mower to another repair place and was told they figured I wouldnt want to spend $250 to fix it because it was 20 years old and it had an oil leak, basically add oil every time you use it. I felt like they wanted to try and sell me a new one. It wasnt in our daughters budget to buy a brand new one so I googled lawnmower repair and I called Garland Saw and Lawnmower. They arent trying to sell me a new one. They are actually taking a look at it unlike the other place I took it to. 😁Update: 8/27 Just picked up the mower and it was only $168.95. They replaced the carburetor, new gasket to stop oil leaking, new blade and total general service. They are amazing and I will be bringing all my power equipment to them. Definitely will not be going back to the Plano company that Ive used for the last 20 years. Thanks Garland Saw and Lawnmower.

    I was very impressed with Chriss knowledge and helpfulness. I called to make an appointment because blue smoke spewed out when I started up my lawnmower. Chris quizzed me on recent activity, and then explained that blue smoke was usually caused by burning oil, either over-filled or spilled, so the first thing to try before making an appointment was to change the oil, paying attention to if there was any gas smell in the oil. He went on to describe the other thing I could check if I smelled gas, but I zoned out and figured Id call back if I needed to. Changing the oil fixed the problem. Thank you Chris! I greatly appreciate and admire a company willing to help over the phone to save me money and will not hesitate to use Garland Saw and Lawnmower in the future.

    I had a craftsmant/honda push mower and a troy bilt chainsaw, they overhauled the mower, couldnt do anything with the chainsaw, no parts available for it. great staff, support the family owned businesses

    It was my first ever visit to Garland Saw and Lawnmower, and it certainly wont be my last. Great customer service!!!I was very impressed with the quality of their advice on my lawnmower questions. Not to mention what they charge for their service is more than reasonable. So if you are looking for a Lawnmower equipment place who know what they are talking about then this is the place to go !

    Went in on 3/19 to get an edger and trimmer head, the young gentlemen behind the counter were very attentive and helpful, came around the counter and showed me the options available. I have been to several lawn equipment stores in the dallas area and the service here was by far the best. Even though I only went to Garland Saw because they were the only store that had what I needed, I will be going back even if it is an extra 15-20 minutes further from my usual place

    Went here today to have an issue with my lawn mower looked at. Waited less than 2 minutes, they came out to my car to see what the issue was. Turned out I had been barking up the wrong tree as to what was wrong with it,the model number I had been looking for was right in front if me, all of which the gentlemen explained without making me feel like an idiot, told me how to fix it, and didnt charge me a cent. Good old fashioned service with a smile. I will be back, though hopefully not too soon!

    The gas cap on my funky but still working after years mower disappeared, no body I went to had one but these guys went in back, found one and for 2$ I was back in business.
